These awards are to recognise a successful partnership where local authority Building Control departments,and the other partners, have worked together to deliver a great building or an innovative solution.

By partnering we mean any on-going relationship
between a LABC department and a member of the construction team. This
need not be a formalised Partnership, or involved relationship; it is simply
defined as two parties who have worked well together.
